MONEY BACK GUARANTEED

You are entitled to a full or partial refund based on your evidence of the DJ's misconduct or no show. Bacpak has the right to make the final decision. We do everything we can to make sure your event's DJ shows up on time and performs the exact style of music you and your guests want. If for any reason, you feel the DJ did not perform as expected, please be sure to submit any and all photo/video evidence to support@bacpak.app, so we can investigate and provide an appropriate solution.

Customer:

The customer is the person or entity transacting with Bacpak in the purchase of booking a DJ for a single day to perform a musical act at the location provide during checkout.

Use:

Use of Bacpak on iOS, Android, and web is free. The only time a customer is required to purchase is when he/she decides to book a DJ through the Bacpak platform.

Payment:

All transactions and payments are final and non refundable. All transactions are processed through Braintree Payment Solutions located in Chicago Illinois. Bacpak does not process or hold any of the card holders credit card information on its servers.

Privacy Policy:

1. Bacpak does not ask for your personal information unless needed (the customer is not required to create an account until he/she is ready to make a purchase).

2. Bacpak does not share your personal information except to comply with the law, develop our product(s) and service(s), or to protect our rights.

3. Bacpak doesn't store any of your personal information on our servers unless required for ongoing operations of our product(s) and service(s). If you choose to save your credit card information within the Bacpak app, it will be securely stored on our merchant's processor, Braintree Payment Solution's servers.

Refund Policy:

Please note we are unable to cancel, exchange, combine or add purchases together once your payment has processed. Although there are no order changes/cancellations/or refunds
Bacpak considers all customer concerns, and will do everything we can to accommodate special requests or issues. For this, please contact Bacpak at support@bacpak.app.

These request are NOT guaranteed. Bacpak will make every effort to accommodate the customers request based on the special situation. To increase the chances of success, contact
Bacpak via email at support@bacpak.app no more then 24hrs from the purchase date (for special request) and no more then 24hrs after the event date (for DJ issues). Please refer to MONEY BACK GUARANTEED above.

NOTE: DJ rates can change at any time. Bacpak is not subject to refunds of rate differences after a payment has been processed.

Optional Vendor Insurance:

If you'd like DJ vendor insurance or have questions. Please contact us at support@bacpak.app. We can help supply single day insurance (date of event listed on confirmed booking) for the DJ through Eventhelper. The rate will include a Wedding category for up to 100 people at $99.95 + Bacpak's fee of $50.

To transact for vendor insurance please contact us directly after you've secured your booking through the app at support@bacpak.app. Your chosen DJ will show up on the day of the event with a digital copy of the insurance. 

Party Lights:

At checkout the customer will be presented with the option of purchasing "Party Lights" for an additional charge of $300. If the customer purchases the "Party Lights" package, their scheduled event will be obligated to a gigbar that includes 1x LED Derby, 1x LED par, 1x Laser, and Strobe light. Bacpak's partnered rental house will supply the equipment via drop-off and pickup. In some cases the DJ will be required to set up the equipment on site. The equipment should be pre assembled by the rental company on the bar and required by the DJ (If not done by the rental company) to position behind the DJ booth aimed towards the dance floor, unless otherwise instructed by Bacpak or the customer. If the customer feels they did not receive this service (similar to the image below) please submit any concern to support@bacpak.app within 24 hours of the event date.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Booking Details:

For all bookings, the DJ will supply music equipment (Controller or 2 Turntables and a Mixer), minimum one wired microphone, and two high powered speakers.

 

Note: Service hours begin when the DJ starts playing music. DJ may choose to break every 2 hours.
